Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 10 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

- Downloadable software products
- Items on sale or clearance
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at sparesev.se@gmail.com or 8951085642 Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Approval: We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within 14-15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to defects or damage, contact us at sparesev.se@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact Card Issuer: Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact Bank: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
