General Delivery Information

  1. Delivery Areas: We deliver to addresses within India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of India.
  2. Delivery Times: Standard delivery times are typically 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  3. Delivery Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery location.

Delivery Process

  1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
  2. Shipping Notification: When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
  3. Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will make 3 delivery attempts to your specified address. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and you may need to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Delivery Issues

  1. Delayed Delivery: If your delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone. We will work with our delivery partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  2. Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and details about the issue, including photos if possible. We will investigate and resolve the problem promptly.
  3. Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Special Delivery Instructions

  1. Delivery Instructions: If you have any special delivery instructions, please include them in the “Order Notes” section during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee all special instructions will be followed.
  2. Restricted Areas: Deliveries to certain remote or restricted areas may require additional time and may be subject to additional charges. We will inform you of any such charges before processing your order.

Pickup Options

  1. In-Store Pickup: If available, you can choose to pick up your order at our physical store. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.
  2. Pickup Points: If we offer delivery to designated pickup points, you will be able to select a convenient location during checkout. You will receive instructions on how to collect your order.
